Aims of the Department

Our main focus is to develop skills, creativity and independence in an environment of positive relationships and support for each other.

Strengths of the Department

The Art Department at Trinity is an outstanding department with exceptional GCSE results. We have two full time art teachers. We are dedicated to improving our own skills as well as those of our students, and often work alongside students on our own work, which we believe is fundamental to teaching here. Our department has two large art rooms, well resourced, which are fantastic spaces and have the advantage of a kiln for ceramics work. We are a warm and friendly department where students feel happy and valued.
