In these folders you will find a whole range of activities to help you get ready to apply to university or for an apprenticeship. I suggest you look through the details and take note of some VERY important documents to help you.
This is how you should tackle the work in this folder….
- Sign up for/Sign into Unifrog. If you already have an account from lower school you will be able to sign in immediately. If you haven’t no problem – you will receive an email in the next day or so signing you up. Check for emails from unifrog – look in your junk folder if you don’t find it. The emails will start coming through from tomorrow so be patient.
- Watch the video in the unifrog folder called “Intro to unifrog” and have a go yourself. See if you can get some decent shortlists going and really explore which universities you are interested in. The same goes for apprenticeships that you can explore through unifrog.
- Create an account on UCAS and make sure you link it to the school. Go into the video called “UCAS Sign up” and follow the instructions. Make sure you use the school buzzword to attach yourself to the 6th Form account. Without that, I can’t write a reference or support you.
- Start writing your personal statement – work on it bit by bit. Use the tools on Unifrog and use the information in the folders to write it. If you need any help- talk to your form tutors or to me.
