A Level French
Course Information
The course provides an opportunity to build on the language skills you have already acquired at GCSE, as well as study a film and a literary text over the two years. You will also prepare an individual research project at the end of year 13.
You will achieve a level of competence, using the language with confidence in a French speaking environment. This will happen much more spontaneously than in Year 11.
Course Content
Modules Include:
- Social issues and trends in French-speaking society
- Artistic culture in the French-speaking world
- Aspects of political life in the French-speaking world

5 GCSES GRADES 4-9
GRADE 5/6 MINIMUM FOR A LEVELS
GRADE 4/5 MINIMUM FOR BTEC
